When a commercial and domestic ground works and resurfacing company faced growth pains after 15 years of trading, they became stuck between the monotony of cash flow constraints and lack of relevant management skills.

Through a measured sales input programme we were then able to concentrate on bringing the relevant management skills into the business creating a targeted sales and marketing strategy. We have also implemented a recruitment drive to provide the skills missing to enable the business to reach the next level and increase its trading capabilities.


As a result, and with the provision of an effective debtor collection programme, we have successfully gained the trust and support of major financial institutions, with the result that we are now looking to recruit additional personnel to expand the business further.

The company is now able to continue to expand with both new and existing clients with a clear marketing and sales plan to promote business growth, which will ultimately lead to an increase in profit without the challenge of serviceability issues.
